Ampicillin trihydrate………… 60 %

Colistin sulfate………………….. 10 %

Vitamin A…………. 25,000,000 U.I

Vitamin D3…………… 25,000,000 U.I

Vitamin E……………… 25,000 U.I

Vitamin C……………….. 10 %

INDICATIONS

For treatment of infections caused by bacteria susceptible to the combination of Ampicillin and Colistin, like intestinal-, respiratory-, gastrointestinal- (E.coli, Harmophilus and Salmonella) and urogenital infections, Mastitis, Metritis, Arthritis and secondary infections during the course of viral diseases.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

For oral administration via drinking water.
– Large animals: 1 g per 30 kg body weight, for 3-5 days.
– Poultry: 100 g per 1,000 liters drinking water, for 3-5 days.

PRECAUTIONS 
Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours.

CONTRAINDICATION
Hypersensitivity to ampicillin and/or colistin.
Administration to animals with a serious impaired renal function.
Administration to animals with an active microbiological digestion.

SIDE EFFECTS 
Hypersensitivity reactions.
Prolonged administration of higher than recommended doses may result in kidney damage (due to colistin) and normally reversible neurotoxic symptoms.

WITHDRAWAL TIME 
For meat 07 days, for milk 03 days.

STORAGE 
Store in a dry, dark place between 20^oC and 25^oC.
